Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and identify needs to guide them through products and services.
• Assist customers in selecting eyewear that fits budgets and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Meet sales goals while adhering to company and local policies.
• Maintain quality control and safety standards, including OSHA compliance.
• Ensure brand standards in the store and assist with lab activities as needed.
• Track delivery times to patients and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Support simple customer repairs, frame edging, and lens mounting to expedite service.
• Flag equipment or order issues to management and help resolve them quickly.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and participate in promotions and events.
