Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plans and company objectives by growing existing customer relationships and attracting new ones.
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinate with measurements to find the best vision solution.
• Conduct measurements with appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and maintain displays, inventory, and organization.
