Job summary

LensCrafters, part of Luxottica, is hiring a Sales Associate in the Pompano Beach area. You will drive sales by engaging customers, guiding them through frame and lens choices, and ensuring an excellent eyewear shopping experience.

You will use prescriptions to recommend lenses, assist with measurements, and collaborate with store staff to maintain a welcoming atmosphere. The role requires strong communication skills, 1+ year in retail or customer service, and comfort with POS systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is required.
• Comfort with point-of-sale systems and basic calculations.
• Willingness to learn new technology and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales plans and company targets through existing and new customer relationships.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses, using prescriptions and lens coatings.
• Take measurements with optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Maintain store displays, organize inventory, and keep a professional store environment.
• Foster an inclusive culture and provide excellent customer service.
