Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred, especially eyewear/luxury.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and meet their needs.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of Brand, warranties and add-on features.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and follow up.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments/repairs.
• Keep store clean and organized on sales floor and back of house.
• Provide omnichannel support across online and in-store channels.
