Job summary

Luxottica is seeking a Quality Auditor I for the 3rd shift to inspect surfaced and finished eyewear lenses, ensuring they meet defined standards. You will read Lensometer results, record data, and communicate findings to leadership.

Candidates should have basic math, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include data entry, labeling defective products, and following safety procedures while contributing to continuous

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 months experience in a production environment.
• Ability to read, understand and carry out instructions (OPs, safety standards).
• Ability to read a Lensometer and interpret results
• Near vision to 20/40 with/without corrective eyewear.
• High attention to detail and concentration.
• Learning agility and adaptability.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with light supervision and as a team.
• Basic Math Skills; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret Lensometer results and record data.
• Audit and inspect surfaced/cut lenses to meet standards.
• Report findings to Quality Lead and Production Leadership.
• Participate in shift end reports and feedback.
• Label defective products per procedures.
• Fill data sheets and enter data into database.
• Maintain safe, organized work environment and report hazards.
• Collaborate with team and other departments.
• Perform other duties as needed.
