A leading eyewear design firm is seeking a motivated Product Development Coordinator at their Marietta, GA headquarters. This entry-level role involves supporting the design and product management processes, including organization of prototypes, creation of spec sheets, and communication with vendors. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience, outstanding organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of work experience in a product related field.
• Outstanding organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience in Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support the Designer and Product Manager on licensed brand approval process.
• Organize color CADs, artwork files, and prototypes seasonally.
• Create and manage active SKU boards and line lists throughout the product life cycle.
• Maintain internal library of all samples for multiple brands.
• Support product development through creating spec sheets.
• Assist in creation of presentations for approval meetings.
• Maintain and organize an internal library of design materials.
• Assist with market research for design presentations.
• Communicate with factories regarding new product details.
• Work with Purchasing Dept on initial ordering of new products.
• Handle domestic and international shipping of sample frames.
• Audit website for accuracy regarding product information.
