As an Eyewear Consultant for MyEyeDr., you play an essential role by providing personalized eyecare and supporting your trusted community of doctors and knowledgeable teams who help our patients see, look, and be their best. No optical experience? No problem! You will be provided with training and tools needed to learn about an industry that delivers a best-in-class experience to help our patients see and live their best lives. Join our team today and help provide the highest quality vision care to our patients. This role reports to the Office General Manager. Some weekend and evening shifts are required.

You Will

1. Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising on their needs.
2. Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection using product knowledge to educate on the best fit.
3. Consistently meet sales plans and office goals by building relationships and trust with patients.
4. Explain insurance benefits comprehensively to patients.
5. Utilize provided training to fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses from our wide selection of stylish eyewear.
6. Complete optometric tasks in partnership with the Office Optometrist to serve patients’ needs.
7. Collaborate with doctors and team members for a seamless patient experience.
8. Communicate and demonstrate MyEyeDr.'s values and brand philosophy.
9. Participate in other office duties as assigned.

About You

1. Experience in customer-facing or sales roles (Retail, Hospitality, or Optical preferred but not required).
2. A proactive approach to problem solving with an entrepreneurial spirit.
3. Willingness to learn about industry, products, and services.
4. Ability to sell with a desire to meet office goals and a “can do” attitude.
5. Friendly, caring, patient-centric, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
6. Team player willing to collaborate for the best patient experience.
