Description

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising on their needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection by using knowledge of product lines and options to educate on best fit.
• Consistently meet sales and office goals through relationship building and trust.
• Explain insurance benefits comprehensively to patients.
• Use company training to fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses from a wide selection of eyewear.
• Partner with our Office Optometrist to complete optometric tasks and serve the patient’s lens or frame needs.
• Collaborate with doctors and team members for a seamless patient experience.
• Demonstrate MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy while working with patients.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.

About You

• Experience in customer-facing or sales roles (Retail, Hospitality, or Optical preferred but not required).
• Proactive problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Willingness to learn about industry, products, and services.
• Sales-driven with a positive attitude to meet goals.
• Friendly, caring, and patient-centric, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player willing to collaborate for the best patient experience.
