Lake Ridge Vision Center in Woodbridge, VA is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to help patients choose frames and lenses, provide personalized recommendations, and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred, optical experience encouraged but training provided.

What You'll Do

• Help patients choose frames and lenses that fit their needs and style, build connections with patients
• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations
• Perform eyewear adjustments and minor repairs
• Maintain optical inventory and displays
• Work closely with doctors and team members to support patient care
• Cross-train in other departments for career growth

What We're Looking For

• Optical experience is encouraged, not required, willing to train! customer service or sales experience preferred)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
