Job Description

As a Licensed Esthetician specializing in facials, head spa services, and lash extensions, you'll create thoughtful, personalized experiences that help clients feel cared for and confident.

You'll assess client needs, explain treatment options, and deliver services with skill, attention to detail, and consistent sanitation practices. By tailoring treatments and communicating clearly, you help clients make informed choices and enjoy a comfortable, positive spa experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform facials, head spa and other spa services, lash extensions, waxing and body waxing, and makeup application based on client needs and service protocols.
• Provide aesthetic treatments, including esthetic laser treatment, dermabrasion, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion, when trained and authorized.
• Discuss skincare goals, explain procedures and aftercare, and maintain clear, professional client communication.
• Follow sanitation procedures and maintain clean, organized treatment areas and equipment.
• Recommend suitable skincare products and services; support retail sales through helpful, client-focused guidance.

Requirements

• Hold a current esthetician license required for the role and services offered; follow applicable regulations and scope-of-practice requirements.
• Demonstrate knowledge of skincare, cosmetology, facials, and spa services; experience with lash extensions is valued.
• Communicate clearly, provide attentive customer service, and build trust with clients.
• Apply sanitation standards consistently and handle treatment tools and products responsibly.
• Experience with sales, waxing services, body waxing, makeup application, and advanced aesthetic treatments is preferred.
• Facial, head spa, or lash extension experience: 1 year (Required).
• New York State Esthetician or Cosmetology License (Required).
