Lavish Beauty in New York City seeks a licensed Aesthetician to join a modern boutique clinic. You will perform consultations, craft personalized treatment plans, and deliver advanced services such as IPL and chemical peels, while maintaining digital records and guiding clients through aftercare.

The role emphasizes independence, precision, and a professional client-focused approach within a high-end clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS Aesthetic License (Required).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a clinical or medical aesthetics setting.
• Proficient in IPL, Photo Facials, Skin Typing, Chemical Peels, and Consultations.
• Familiarity with client management systems/portals.
• Strong communication and client education skills.
• Must be detail-oriented, punctual, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Perform consultations and assess client skin types and concerns.
• Develop customized treatment plans using medical-grade skincare and devices.
• Perform advanced services including IPL treatments and Photo Facials, skin typing and corrective protocols, and chemical peels (various levels).
• Maintain accurate digital records using our client portal.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and home care regimens.
• Follow all clinic safety and sanitation standards.

You must be confident working independently while delivering results-driven treatments and exceptional service.
