Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store, identifying needs to create an easy, memorable experience.
• Help patients choose eyewear that fits budget and eye care requirements.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve customer complaints with effective solutions.
• Achieve sales goals while following company and local policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality standards and basic housekeeping to uphold brand integrity.
• Assist with simple lab tasks, assemble lenses, edge stock lenses, and ensure timely delivery.
