Job summary

Scope Health Inc. in Seattle seeks a Regional Account Manager for Washington and Oregon to drive sales and business development across a defined regional footprint.

You will build and sustain relationships with Ophthalmologists and Optometrists, promote Scope products, and work to maximize usage and recommendations. Based in the Greater Seattle Area, you will travel frequently within WA and OR and attend trade shows and company meetings across the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Sales in a similar environment.
• Experience in Eye Care is a distinct advantage.
• Drive, Clinical Competency and Interpersonal Savvy are critical.
• Energy, resilience, and enthusiasm are valued.
• Strong selling skills with a focus on customer needs.
• Proven ability to analyse data and develop territory and accounts plans.
• Able to work on own initiative within a remote team.
• Communicate with all levels with professionalism.
• Self-motivated with strong organisation and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-set objectives on sales and activity metrics.
• Develop and sustain major accounts through effective planning.
• Conduct sales calls and presentations with ophthalmologists and optometrists.
• Develop selling skills and promote Scope products to healthcare professionals.
• Use promotional materials to support marketing plans and messaging.
• Maintain professional representation of Scope at all times.
