Job Location: Elkhart, IN



Summary: Work closely with Press team to process scheduled orders in a timely manner and meet production goals. Follow specific order instructions to meet customer specifications for each order. Fast paced environment in both hot and cold conditions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be able to navigate and understand SCS & AS400 system


• Occasionally lift and pack aluminum parts individually or with a partner


• Uses measurement tools and visual inspection to verify quality of parts


• Completes tasks in a timely manner to meet productivity goals


• Work closely with Press and Saw Operators


• Coordinate with other departments as needed


• Operate stretching equipment per order specifications


• Closely inspect processed aluminum for damage


• Load aluminum logs with crane or Combi-Lift


• Serve as a cross-functional team member to assist other positions as needed

Job Requirements:

• Follows applicable Job Safety Analysis and Work Instructions


• Understands and follows all safety policies


• Able to work set schedule for full 12hour shift


• Work in both hot and cold conditions


• Attends training sessions as required


• Basic computer application skills


• Ability to read a tape measure


• Basic mathematical skills


• Lift up to 50 pounds
