Job summary

Inteplast Building Products is hiring an Extrusion Technician C to oversee safety, quality, and throughput on assigned extrusion lines. You will monitor extrusion functions, coordinate with rear line operations, and ensure procedures align with customer specifications.

The role requires a high school diploma, legal eligibility to work in the US, and good English communication. You should be able to lift up to 40 pounds and work extended hours, including overtime and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Legal eligibility to work in the US.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels of personnel.
• Basic math skills and some mechanical abilities.
• Consistent, dependable attendance and willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours such as overtime, weekends, and travel.
• Capable of lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 40 pounds.
• Capable of standing and walking for extended periods and climbing ladders or other equipment for cleaning.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
