Qualifications

• Must be forklift certified at HellermannTyton.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for up to 12 hours.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the running of extruders and set the dies.
• Ensure process parameters are maintained within specification limits.
• Communicate quality and process issues to necessary departments.
• Assist in training Extrusion Operators on the shift.

Skills

Good oral and written communication skills

Understanding of extrusion processing

Basic computer skills

Ability to read and understand tool and product blueprints/specifications

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
