Job summary

Inteplast Group Corporation in New Hampshire is seeking an Extrusion Technician C to set up, operate, and tend machines that extrude and coat flat films from synthetic materials. You will work with blown film equipment, silicone coaters, and slitter/rewinders to meet customer specs and timelines.

The role requires hands-on ability to adjust machine settings, monitor gauges, detect issues, and maintain quality while adhering to safety and attendance standards.

Qualifications

• Blown film experience is a plus.
• Ability to monitor gauges and indicators to ensure proper machine function.
• Ability to adjust machine controls precisely.
• Willing to work holidays and overtime as needed.
• Familiar with rulers, scales, gauges and measurement tools.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good coordination for handling small parts and tools.
• Able to maintain dependable attendance and adapt to non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust extrusion equipment to regulate speeds, temperatures, and material dimensions.
• Monitor machine operations and detect malfunctions by watching lights and gauges.
• Clear jams and remove defective material from production lines.
• Record production data and quantities produced for traceability.
• Review work orders to determine materials and process settings for extrusion forming.
