You will apply deep technical expertise in polymer extrusion, setup troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement to minimize downtime, mentor junior technicians, and uphold strict safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and operate complex extrusion lines and auxiliary equipment according to strict technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot line defects, resin inconsistencies, and mechanical failures to minimize downtime and reduce scrap.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, die changes, and tooling setups to maximize throughput and yield.
• Mentor, train, and provide technical guidance to shift technicians and machine operators.
• Document production parameters, maintain quality compliance standards, and enforce strict safety protocols.

Salary: $72,000 - $83,000 per year

Shift: First

Work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Education: High School

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and operate complex extrusion lines and auxiliary equipment according to strict technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot line defects, resin inconsistencies, and mechanical failures to minimize downtime and reduce scrap.
