Job summary

Inpro-Corporation is seeking an Extrusion Set-Up Tech for our Muskego, WI facility. The role focuses on setup and shutdown of extrusion lines, die, sizing, and tooling changes, and supporting operators to start production.

You will maintain equipment and assist with safety programs to ensure consistent product quality. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, effective communication, and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical ability or knowledge
• Forklift certification to be completed after successful hire

Responsibilities

• Set up and shutdown extrusion lines for production.
• Work with operators to efficiently start production.
• Perform floor level maintenance to tooling, extruders and downstream equipment.
• Assist operators in performing their tasks and teach them to identify and troubleshoot problems.
• Assist in establishing and compliance with plant safety programs.
• Troubleshooting molding machines to ensure quality products are produced.
• Maintain quality levels set forth from the QA Department.
• Coordinate efforts with department Supervisor, shift leads, Plant Manager and other Door and Wall departments to ensure product flow.
• Implement new Policy and Procedure Guidelines for Department.
• Communicate and act as a liaison with all departments and shifts on a daily basis to assure proper production needs are met.
• All other duties as assigned.
