Job summary

Hydro Extrusions is seeking a production associate for North Liberty, IN to operate saws and stretching equipment, inspect parts, and support maintenance. Training on 1st shift will be provided.

You will work as part of a fast-paced manufacturing team, with shift premiums and opportunities for growth. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and teamwork with backup for the Head Stretcher and Press Operator.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of manufacturing, machine repair, or production experience.
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the saw safely and efficiently.
• Operate stretching equipment per order specs and monitor material quality.
• Inspect material using micrometers, calipers, gauges, or straight edges.
• Perform simple maintenance and provide backup support to related roles.
