Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of supervisor or lead operator experience.
• Able to read tape measure and calipers.
• Experience with molders/brush machines maintenance.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds and stand long shifts.
• Strong written/verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Support extruder operators to resolve processing issues and adjust parameters.
• Improve productivity, efficiency, and reduce downtime.
• Assist with start-ups, shutdowns and operator training.
• Maintain training manuals and records.
• Read run sheets and process documentation.
• Suggest process improvements and participate in CI.
