Job summary

Our client in Easton, PA is seeking an Entry-Level Extrusion Process Technician C to join the Extrusion Department. You will assist with extrusion line setups, perform preventive maintenance, conduct quality inspections, and maintain records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, mechanical aptitude, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and good English communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with extrusion line setups, tooling changes, and process start-ups.
• Perform preventative maintenance on extrusion machines, tooling, and related equipment.
• Conduct quality control inspections, measurements, and visual checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all safety procedures.
