Qualifications

• Background knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical and Tooling.
• Knowledge of extrusion equipment and extrusion processes.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with manufacturing engineers to develop methods and procedures.
• Prepares method instructions including machine requirements, set-up, operation sequences, speeds, time standards, routings.
• Investigates production difficulties and coordinates with supervisors and operators to resolve issues.
