This role requires following safety and quality standards, improving processes, and helping Team Leads and Operators build skills; the position offers a collaborative environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• English literacy and able to communicate clearly in written and spoken form.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and adhere to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot daily extrusion process issues and support quality targets.
• Overhaul Extruders and equipment to meet schedule and quality standards.
• Train and support Production during changeovers and process shifts.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement efforts to reduce scrap and downtime.
