The role requires 5 years of extrusion experience and a Bachelor’s degree, with a first shift from 8 AM to 5 PM. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits.

• Collaborate with die design teams to improve tooling efficiency, life, and product quality.

• Support new product development, including feasibility studies, trial runs, and process validation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Train production personnel on process changes and best practices.
• Maintain document control related to duties.
• Utilize various measurement tools for data gathering.
• Prepare and maintain reports as requested.

You'll establish key process parameters—from billet temperatures to quench rates-while leading trial runs for new products, training production personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and optimize aluminum extrusion processes to improve productivity, quality, and yield
