Job summary

Industrial in Rockledge, FL is seeking a Press Machine Operator to join the Production team. You will set up and operate an aluminum extrusion press, verify alloy and billet length, and monitor heater controls to meet customer specs.

Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with overtime and some Saturdays. Pay is $18–$19 per hour plus a $1.00 premium for 2nd/3rd shifts, and work may occur on weekends. The role emphasizes safety, quality and teamwork in a non air-conditioned shop environment.

Qualifications

• Reads production orders, prints and specs to ensure correct alloy and billet length.
• Uses measuring instruments to verify tolerances and product specs.
• Follows health and safety regulations and maintains safe operating conditions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate aluminum extrusion press to meet specs.
• Verify product layout, tooling, and parameters for customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot press operation and support process improvements.
• Assist with quality documentation and root-cause analysis.
• Support product and customer issue follow-up.
