Job summary

Freudenberg Medical LLC in Baldwin Park, CA is seeking an entry-level extrusion operator for the 3rd shift. You will set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot extrusion equipment to keep production safe, efficient and consistent, while following engineering drawings and work instructions.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least one year of similar experience; strong mechanical aptitude; basic ERP literacy and good communication to work well with a team on the factory floor.

Perform set up, operating, monitoring, shutdown, and troubleshooting of extrusion equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Shift:

3rd shift, 11pm to 730am, (Sun - Thurs, Tues - Sat)

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role. Strong mechanical aptitude. Knowledge of material handling/auxiliary equipment, dryers, conveyors, etc. Basic computer skills and experience with ERP systems.
