Job summary

AHF Products, LLC is seeking an Extrusion Operator for a rotating 12-hour night shift at our Cartersville, GA plant. The role focuses on line startup/shutdown, quality checks, material handling, and equipment calibration to ensure optimal extrusion performance.

Responsibilities include maintaining line cleanliness, performing repairs or part replacements, and coordinating with shift leaders to meet process specifications while adhering to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist on starting up and shutting down of the line. Adjust setting if needed in communication with shift leader and within process specification.
• Monitors quality. Performs time sensitive quality checks. Ensure the extrusion line has correct raw materials.
• Accounts in system the produced products. Adjust, calibrate, and test equipment at the beginning of every shift to ensure proper pressure, speed, temperature, and general operation.
• Work with team members, shift supervisors and all necessary personnel to take care of complications as they arise. Communicate with fellow team members to learn of any equipment problems or malfunctions and take care of them as they come up.
• Use regulated cleaning solutions, grease guns, oil cans, air hoses and cleaning cloths to properly maintain and clean equipment on a bi-monthly basis.
• Make repairs to equipment when necessary, and replace all defective, broken or worn-out components. Choose and install cutters, molds, and all other necessary equipment parts so machines are always operating at peak efficiency.
• Follow safety guidelines.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
