Simona-PMC in Findlay, OH, is hiring for an Extrusion Operator in Training. You will support setup and operation of extrusion equipment, learn machine maintenance, monitor quality, and log production data in Epicor. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a technical degree a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Hands-on mechanical/technical aptitude in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Assist experienced Extrusion Operators in setup and run of extrusion equipment.
• Learn operation and maintenance of extrusion machines, including change-overs and cleaning.
• Monitor machine controls for quality and spec compliance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or technical issues as they arise.
• Record production data and logs in Epicor system; follow SOPs.
