The position requires dependable attendance, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the willingness to learn and cross-train. Pay includes $18.50/hour plus a $1.00/hour shift premium, with all shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor extrusion equipment according to company procedures.
• Start and stop equipment and monitor production processes.
• Feed materials into equipment and ensure proper operation.
• Perform basic equipment cleaning, setup, and changeover activities.
• Assist with disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling equipment as needed.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Package completed products and move materials to designated areas.
• Operate a forklift or other material handling equipment as needed.
• Complete production logs and follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Assist with other production duties as assigned.
