Job summary

SPR Packaging, LLC is seeking an Extrusion Operator Assistant for day or night shifts with a rotating weekly schedule (3 days on, 4 days off). The role includes cycling and unloading winders, weighing and staging production, removing unused materials, labeling finished goods, and forklift operation after certification.

Pallet wrap and basic housekeeping are also required. The position offers an excellent benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, disability), with two bonuses per year,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Cycle and unload winders.
• Weigh and stage production.
• Remove unused materials and request new materials.
• Create finished good labels.
• Drive a sit‑down forklift once certified.
• Wrap pallets.
• Basic housekeeping of machines.
