Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of experience or forklift certification is acceptable.
• Ability to read production tickets.
• Ability to perform math calculations and measure with tapes or instruments.
• Effective verbal and written communication; computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean and orderly work area/warehouse.
• Adheres to safety policies and reports unsafe conditions.
• Operates extrusion line including setup, materials, speeds, and changeovers.
• Maintains product quality, gauges, color, and surface finish; records tests.
• Transfers data to production logs and QC documents.
• Follows production schedule and customer orders; communicates line malfunctions.
