Aufgaben

• Maintains a clean and orderly work area/warehouse.
• Adheres to safety policies and reports unsafe conditions.
• Operates extrusion line: setup, materials, speeds, start/stop, changeover, downtime, tear down, tools, lockout/tagout.
• Maintains product quality: gauge, dimensions, color, dyne, surface finish; performs QC tests.
• Transfers data to daily production log and QC documents.
• Follows production schedule to meet customer orders.
• Communicates line malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Other duties as assigned.
