Job summary

Technoform in Twinsburg, OH is seeking an Extrusion Operator for 12-hour day shifts (6am–6pm) on a rotating schedule. You will set up the line, perform changeovers, and document production data and QC results.

The role requires a mechanical background with 2 years of extrusion experience, experience with measurement tools, and a detail-oriented, safety-conscious mindset. You will support continuous improvement in a Lean environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience as an Extrusion Operator
• Mechanical background with plastics extrusion equipment experience
• Experience in a manufacturing setting and ISO quality control
• Ability to use calipers and measurement tools
• Strong math, organizational, and data reporting skills
• Commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion process for high precision plastic profiles
• Initial line setup and changeovers per schedule
• Complete on-line production data and QC reporting
• Blend materials and load hoppers to specs
• Perform measurement-based testing per product spec
• Maintain and repair line equipment and tools
• Uphold 5S and Lean practices; ensure safety and quality
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain efficiency
