PLASKOLITE, LLC in Zanesville, OH seeks an Extrusion Manager to lead all extrusion production operations, oversee multiple shifts, and drive safe, efficient, high-quality manufacturing of PLASKOLITE products.
You will partner with Maintenance, Quality, Scheduling, and Supply Chain to meet targets, develop the team, implement Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, and sustain a world-class manufacturing culture focused on integrity and improvement.

JOB SUMMARY
The Extrusion Manager is responsible for leading and directing all extrusion production operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing of PLASKOLITE products. This role oversees multiple shifts and teams, ensuring that production goals align with company standards for safety, quality, cost, and delivery. The Extrusion Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for the department, focusing on process optimization, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This position plays a key role in coordinating resources across Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Scheduling to achieve organizational objectives. The Extrusion Manager is expected to demonstrate strong technical knowledge of extrusion processes, sound decision-making, and effective leadership to drive operational excellence and sustain PLASKOLITE’s commitment to world-class manufacturing.
This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality—reflecting Plaskolite’s core values of Integrity and Improvement.
