Job summary

Teknor Apex is seeking a dedicated Operator Trainer to join our U.S. team in Tennessee. You will lead training sessions, onboard new operators, and help maintain high safety and quality standards in a fast-paced facility.

The role requires strong communication in English, the ability to operate a forklift, and physical stamina to manage tools and machinery. You will contribute to a robust wellness plan, 401K match, and performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience operating forklifts is preferred or required.
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver tools, hoses, and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Lead training sessions and onboard new operators.
