Job summary

VEKA in Morganton, NC is seeking an Extrusion Operator to run assigned extruders, set up production machines, and inspect finished profiles to ensure quality. You will document production results and contribute to continuous process improvements.

The role emphasizes mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills in a collaborative environment. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour with shift differential and opportunities for growth within VEKA’s global extrusion operations.

Job description

As the Extrusion Operator, your main responsibilities are operating assigned extruders to produce profiles according to established standards, including set-up and start-up of production machines and process inspection and documentation of profiles.

Starting salary: From $21.00 per hour plus shift differential

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Previous experience as a machine operator or other mechanical experience preferred. The ideal candidate for this role should possess good mechanical ability and judgement.
