JEDA Polymers is a manufacturer of engineered plastic resin. Partnering closely with customers to innovate, solve molding issues, and develop new products is the root of why JEDA Polymers was not only established but also the reason we continue to grow and thrive. Located in Dyersville, Iowa, we are the only plastics resin compounder in Iowa specializing in engineered thermoplastics. Our grassroots have always been in the Midwest, where we believe in solid relationships, honesty, hard work, humility, and friendliness.

JEDA Polymers is looking to bring on Extrusion Machine Operators for 3rd Shift, to set up, calibrate, and operate extruders and all auxiliary equipment. The Extrusion Operator provides technical support to Extrusion manufacturing operations to ensure a consistent, standardized manufacturing process is established and maintained.

Our production crew is essential to the continuous production of high-quality resin, monitoring the efficiency of the lines, meeting productivity requirements while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

No experience is necessary; all employees will receive comprehensive on-the-job training.

Shifts that are currently open are as follows:

1. 3rd Shift: Sunday night thru Friday morning, 10 pm - 6:30 am
   • Please note that training for this position will need to take place over 1st shift in order to work independently on 3rd Shift. This may take a month or two to get trained during the 1st shift schedule.
