Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy of current production orders and remaining balance.
• Ensure the production line operates within specifications and meets quality standards.
• Maintain correct draw ratios, annealing ratios, and other relevant parameters.
• Complete daily Line Conditions sheet and document deviations.
• Notify Shift Supervisor and Maintenance of operational issues.
• Verify correct blend setup and additives.
• Perform hourly checks of all process parameters and log findings.
• Monitor dryers for Full status and report issues.
• Check product for visual inspection and accuracy.
• Assist in grinding scrap from line breaks.
• Ensure winds produced and packaged correctly.
• Submit work orders or safety work orders for repairs.
• Verify packaging matches BOM for current run.
• Complete production paperwork accurately.
