Job summary

Dura-Line, an Orbia Connectivity Solutions business, is seeking a Line Operator in Clinton, TN. The role operates an extrusion line to ensure products meet quality and tolerances, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The position begins with a 3-week training schedule, followed by a day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:15 PM. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities within Orbia.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred and basic math/measurement skills.
• Reading comprehension and ability to follow work instructions.
• At least 1 year of equipment or machine operation in manufacturing.
• Material handling and forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion line and monitor equipment for defects.
• Adjust extruder, die, water and vacuum to maintain quality.
• Ensure pipe print line aligns with Quality Manual.
• Document product dimensions and tolerances accurately.
• Perform setup, SDR changes and changeovers as needed.
• Report unsafe equipment and coordinate changes with others.
• Participate in training, safety and improvements.
