How You'll Perform the Role

  • Perform various duties to troubleshoot and conducts machine setup, order changes and preventative maintenance.

  • Serve as first line supervisor for production operators ensuring work is completed in a safe and quality conscience manner.

  • Submit accurate production reports daily and timely.

  • Support the operator training program & trainer and participate in operator training activities, development & mentoring.

  • Identify, coordinate, execute & participate in productivity improvement initiatives: scrap reduction/output increases.


What We Need From You

  • Ability to work 12 hour night shift, rotating 2-2-3 schedule.

  • Eligible to work in the United States.

  • Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.

  • Work overtime as required.

  • Ability perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • 3-5 years in blown film extrusion preferred.

  • Ability to successfully multitask in a fast pace environment.

  • The commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop.

  • Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.
