Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and optimize extrusion processes to improve quality and uptime.
• Evaluate tooling, dies, and downstream equipment for improvements.
• Support new product development, prototype trials, and launches.
• Lead root cause analysis for quality, process performance, and reliability.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, engineering, production, and supply chain to drive results.
• Participate in Lean, continuous improvement, safety, and cost-control initiatives.
• Develop knowledge in production scheduling and departmental leadership.
