Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking an Extrusion Assistant to support Coater and Blown Film extrusion operations. You will assist with machine setup, changeovers, production runs, and shutdowns while helping maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations.

You will work a 12-hour schedule with nights if assigned, and receive a shift premium plus Sunday/OT multipliers as applicable. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a dynamic packaging environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, production runs, and shutdowns.
• Operate Coater and Blown Film machines when qualified.
• Order and maintain resin box inventory to support production needs.
• Package mill rolls and manage scrap materials efficiently.
• Support 5S and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
