Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings is seeking a Production Operator to operate and monitor extrusion line equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will startup, adjust, and shut down the line, read controls, set die & temperatures, and ensure product quality and safety standards are met. Training will be provided, with emphasis on accuracy of records and efficiency across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience or training required.
• Must be able to perform physical duties and operate manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Startup, adjustment, and shutdown of extrusion line and related equipment.
• Read and interpret controls, set die, RPM, temperature, and output per standards.
• Maintain accurate records in the computer data system and inspect on-line/finished product.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies; assist with training as needed.
