Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking an Extruder Operator for National Pipe & Plastics to maintain production rates and minimize rejects. You will train new employees and assist the supervisor in overseeing shift operations.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, effective written and verbal communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This position includes competitive pay and benefits within a large industrial group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Check daily production schedule and logs for instructions or changes.
• Record machine speeds, regrind silo levels, and other data on logs.
• Monitor extruder performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Assist machine tenders in solving issues and producing quality product.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and shift requirements as needed.
