Job summary

Altium Packaging in Reidsville, NC is hiring Production Machine Operators to operate blow-mold machines, grinders, trimmers and conveyors. Prior machine experience not required; training provided.

You will perform quality checks, adjust processes to meet specs, assist with preventive maintenance, document daily reports, and maintain safety and GMP standards. This is a full-time, 12-hour shift position with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of related production experience.
• Solid English language skills and safety practices.
• Willingness to learn and participate in training.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold machines and related equipment to ensure quality bottles.
• Perform audits, weights, and quality checks.
• Adhere to GMP and safety standards; adjust processes to meet specs.
• Repair or replace pneumatic/hydraulic lines and assist with preventive maintenance.
• Document daily reports including rejects, regrinds, and line efficiencies.
• Train new operators as required and support continuous improvement.
