Job summary

Primary Packaging Inc. is seeking an Extruder Operator to run Blown Film Extrusion lines and produce both in-process and finished goods.

You will work with other operators to keep production moving safely and efficiently. In this role you will manage extruders as part of a team, keep resin supplies stocked, assist with film testing procedures, and take on additional duties as directed by the Extrusion Manager in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of general work experience required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Able to stand for 12-hour shifts on a 2/2/3 schedule.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to typical plant conditions (temperature changes, noise, and machinery).
