Job summary

VIP Staffing is hiring for Extrusion Machine Operators at a manufacturing facility in San Marcos, TX. The role oversees the extrusion process from raw materials to finished products, ensuring production efficiency, quality, and documentation.

The schedule is 2nd shift, Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, with training on 1st shift for a few weeks, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work as a team.

Job description

We are now hiring for Extrusion Machine Operators for a Manufacturing facility in San Marcos, TX.

Schedule:

2nd shift Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm (MUST be able to train on 1st shift for the first few weeks Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm).

Pay:

$26/hr + $1/hr shift differential.

Responsible for overseeing the extrusion process from raw materials through finished products, while maintaining production efficiency, quality standards, and required documentation.

• Manual dexterity and proficiency with hand tools.
