Job summary

Ag Processing Inc (AGP) seeks motivated individuals for production roles in a stable, essential industry. No experience is required — we provide the training. Reliability and a can-do attitude matter as you operate and monitor production equipment in a facility that processes soybeans and grains.

Typical schedule features rotating swing shifts (7a–7p / 7p–7a) with multiple consecutive workdays followed by days off, outdoor exposure in all weather, and opportunities to advance within the team.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, math and communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 65 pounds and push/pull up to 120 pounds.

Essential Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment to maintain efficient plant operations.
• Monitor process controls, gauges, and equipment performance to ensure safe and effective operation.
• Collect product samples according to standard operating procedures and perform or coordinate quality testing.
• Make process adjustments based on quality results and operating conditions.
• Maintain accurate production records, equipment logs, and shift documentation.
• Perform routine inspections, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Assist with minor equipment repairs and identify maintenance needs.
• Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment, as required.
• Follow all company safety policies, food safety requirements (if applicable), and environmental regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate production issues to supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment (training provided)
• Ability to: Carry 50 pounds

Work Environment

• Working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Working around grain dust and industrial equipment
• Climbing ladders and stairs up to 120 feet high
• Working rotating 12-hour shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
