Speech Therapist/Language Pathologist (Northern Schools)

Special Education Support Services (SESS) – 150 Days, 8.5 Hours per Day.

Funding Source: Special Education Fund.

Salary Range: $51,323–$103,407.

Job Goal

Provide speech/language services to eligible students district-wide, as outlined in the Individualized Education Plan (IEP), to support the student’s adjustment and ability to benefit from the educational experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Speech Pathology or related field.
• Valid Nevada Driver’s License.
• Valid Nevada Educator License (Master’s degree required for initial license effective October 1, 2026; district permits employment of both Masters and Bachelors level SLPs provided license is active and valid).

Start Date: 2026‑2027 school year.

Successful candidate must complete a thorough background check and pass mandatory pre‑employment drug & alcohol testing.
